Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen chicken breasts
- 2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 can rotel
- 1 can black beans
- 1 cup frozen corn
- Chicken broth
InstructionsPut first five ingredients in crock pot and enough chicken broth to cover everything. Cook on low for 5 hours or until chicken is cooked through. Shred chicken and return it to the pot. Serve with warmed tortillas, cheese, guacamole, sour cream, etc.
