Whole Wheat Bread


1 1/3 c lukewarm water
2 Tsp oil
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp salt
1/4 c sugar
2 Tsp dry milk
3 c bread flour
1 c whole wheat flour
2 tsp active dry yeast


Pour all ingredients into bread machine in order. Use dough cycle of bread machine to knead. Shape dough into loaf, place in pan, and let rise until doubled (45-60 minutes). Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
